Royal Wedding 2015: Meet the families

Keep this one to hand, it might be very useful over the coming weeks. In twenty-eight days time, Prince Carl Philip of Sweden marries Sofia Hellqvist and their royal wedding countdown got well and truly underway yesterday with a special church service ahead of the marriage followed by a reception where the couple were presented with gifts from local communities and government.  There was also a private lunch for them and their families during which an official photograph of the main players was taken. And it might just be very handy for a who's who moment at the actual wedding. So cut this one out and keep it - here's a rundown of the stars of Sweden's Royal Wedding 2015.

The Front Row contains the real main players as you might expect. Starting on the left we have the mother of the groom, Queen Silvia of Sweden, with the father of the groom, King Carl XVI Gustaf next to her. By the time June 13th 2015 arrives, this royal couple will have seen all three of their children marry within the past five years.

Moving on we have the bride, Sofia Kristain Hellqvist, whose engagement to the groom, Prince Carl Philip Edmund Bertil was announced in June 2014. The couple sit holding hands at the centre of the group.

Finishing off the front row are two less familiar faces but remember them now because you're going to see a lot of them in the coming weeks. The mother of the bride, Marie Hellqvist, and the father of the bride, Erik Hellqvist, complete the nucleus of this royal wedding party.

Moving on to the Back Row and as all siblings know, when your brother or sister gets married you are firmly in second place that day. When it's a Royal Wedding there's a lot more build up which means you get to stay a step behind just a little bit longer. In this photo for the history books we start on the left with the bride's older sister, Lina Hellqvist, standing next to her partner, Jonas Frejd. Being one in on that row means we get to see the two big sisters together because next to her is the groom's older sister, Crown Princess Victoria, who is holding the groom's elder niece, Princess Estelle of Sweden who is odds on favourite to steal the whole wedding show with a display of royal cuteness.  One of the two men to be brother-in-law to the groom, Prince Daniel, is next to Sweden's two future queens while on his left is the groom's younger sister, Princess Madeleine, holding the groom's younger niece, Princess Leonore. The other brother-in-law to the groom, Chris O'Neill, comes next and by his side is the bride's younger sister, Sara Hellqvist, and her partner ,Oskar Bergman.

So there they all are, the stars of the show all taking their places for the Royal Wedding of 2015.
